Thinking out-of-the-box

B-Schools need to have a bold new vision in developing and delivery mechanism of the curriculum. B-schools educate and train for management practices. The students should undergo a experience that would challenge their current perspectives and assumptions, inculcate innovation in thinking and leadership, establish new skills and talent, develop judgment and instill sense of responsibility.

Articulation of critical thinking remains at the core of B-School teaching. Through this, students learn to organize their own thinking, seek multiple perspectives and to be reflective. Students are introduced to critical thinking and basics of argumentation such as deduction, induction and casual reasoning.
