• Red Ribbon Club : Aimed at driving social initiatives such as organising blood donation camps, creating awareness for preventing AIDS, Srusti Youth Red Cross Unit and Srusti Red Ribbon Club contribute significantly in the larger interest of the society.

Eligibility:

MBA :

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or graduation in any technical or professional course. Candidates appearing for final year degree examinations /awaiting results are also eligible.

MCA :  

• MCA (3 Yrs Programme) :  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects in +2 / +3 level from a recognized university or graduation in any technical or professional course. Candidates appearing for final year degree examinations / awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
• MCA Lateral Entry (2 Yrs Programme) : Students Passed/Appeared recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration in BCA, B. Sc (IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduation Level and have obtained/likely to obtain at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination can directly take admission to 2nd Year MCA.

Master of Applied Management(MAM) :

MAM Programme Flexibility : 

• BM : Bachelor in Management (03 Yrs Programme)-Equivalent to BBA
• BAM : Bachelor in Applied Management (04 Yrs Programme)
• MAM : Master of Applied Management(05 Yrs Programme)

The purpose of the Master in Applied Management Course is to enable you to become a work-ready Professional with industry relevant skills – designed specifically to result in employment.

Passed or appearing in 2016, 10+2 examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent. The candidate should have passed all the individual subject and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in all the subjects taken together.

Student who discontinues the studies after 3 years of successful instructions shall be eligible for award of Bachelors degree in Management (BM), at the end of 4 years of studies student shall be eligible for Bachelors degree in Applied Management (BAM) and at the end of 5 years study student shall be eligible for Masters degree in Applied Management (MAM). BAM degree shall not be awarded to one who has acquired BM degree. However, a certificate for credits acquired at 4th year shall be issued to the student.

Admission Procedure:

MBA :  Candidates qualifying JEE (O), MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT or any other test, approved by Govt. of Orissa / BPUT are eligible to take admission into the MBA programme of Srusti Academy of Management.

MCA (3 Yrs Programme) :  Candidates qualifying OJEE, or any other test, approved by Govt. of Orissa / BPUT are eligible to take admission into the MCA programme of Srusti Academy of Management.

MCA Lateral Entry (2 Yrs Programme) :  The students are required to qualify at the Entrance for MCA-Lateral Entry conducted by OJEE.

MAM : Candidates qualifying OJEE are eligible to take admission into the MAM programme of Srusti Academy of Management

• There is no age limit to appear at OJEE-2016 for admission into MAM courses.
• The admissions for this course shall be effected on the basis of merit list of students passed in various streams at 10+2 examination as, Science stream 20 seats, Commerce stream 20 seats, Arts Stream 20 seats in 60 seat strength.
• Admission to this course will be made from OJEE rank first and if seats are vacant admission will be done on the basis of +2 mark of Science, Commerce and Arts streams. For remaining vacant seats Diploma Engineering students and students passed in +2 vocational courses will be allowed for admission.
• In case of non availability of students from one stream, remaining seats in that stream may be allotted to students from other two streams on equal basis. In case of non availability of students from two streams, remaining seats in those streams may be allotted to students from third stream

Classroom : Class rooms are equipped with modern teaching aids like LCD projectors and audio-visual equipments which make learning a truly enriching and memorable experience at Srusti Academy of Management.

Wi-Fi System : The Wireless network for all the computer Systems are established through a wireless fidelity as well as through the structured cables as a back-up support. We have installed Wi-Fi connectivity through installation of LANBIT Power Bridge with wireless cards installed in strategic systems.

Library : The state-of-the-art air conditioned library (The Knowledge Centre) serves as the fountainhead of knowledge. It houses a rich collection of text & reference books, national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers and reference material from industry. Computer Centre : The computer lab is equipped with latest and fully networked state-of-the-art IBM workstations with licensed software and high speed broadband connectivity. The lab provides necessary training and exposure to our MBA and MCA students.

Canteen & Cafeteria : The canteen inside the campus serves as the meeting point for the students. Apart from serving lunch and dinner, a variety of ready-to-eat snacks and beverages are made available. The informal atmosphere at the canteen helps students unwind and spend some time in chit-chats and discussions with friends.

Language Lab : In a globalized economy, English Language is established as the major transactional language. The classes in Business English Laboratory emphasize not only on verbal communication, but also on non verbal traits like body Language, mannerism, dressing up, social etiquettes, voice modulation, intonation etc.

Hostel and Transport : The institute has excellent arrangement for lodging and boarding of students in close proximity to the institute provide the much needed captive strength of students participating in numerous activities conducted in the Institute.
