Established in the year 2006 Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy is registered under the auspice of Siddhartha Group of Institution (SGI) managed by Siddhartha Educational Society (Regd. No. 1363/2002-2003), under the dynamic leadership of renowned social worker Mr. Durga Prasad Verma, Mr C.L. Verma and promoted under the guidance of Mr. Ram Ratna Aggarwal, (Former District Judge) presently serving as honourable Director of SGI. Nevertheless, the promoters of SGI began this institute with a mission to provide world class education and training that enables students to adapt, excel and succeed in the fast changing global working environment. Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy (SIP) began its journey for excellence in education amid the lap of nature in the lush green valley of Dhanda-Khudenawala, near IT Park, Sahastradhara road, Dehradun. With a intense desire and dream to scale new heights in the field of Pharmacy and research and to produce professionals of international repute. SGI has been conducting various others courses including Siddhartha Law College, Siddhartha Institute of Sciences & management and Siddhartha Research Institute successfully. The distinguished governing body of SGI have created an environment which emphasizes and focuses on overall personality development and learning life skills along with practical skills of students, by structured teaching and training programs guided by professionals.
Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy conducts various courses designed to become an eminent and skilled Pharmacist. The basic course in Pharmacy is Diploma In Pharmacy (D.Pharm- 2yrs) followed by Degree/Graduate program, Bachelor In Pharmacy (B.Pharm- 4yrs) and post graduate programs in Pharmacy Master in Pharmacy (M.Pharm- 2Yrs) we specialize in Pharmacology and Pharma Chemistry. These programs/courses are duly approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical College and Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee, Uttarakhand and duly approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), as well recognized by the Government of Uttarakhand.
