Institute of Technology, Gopeshwar is one of the Four constituent colleges of Uttarakhand Technical University that was established in October 2013 with the approval of Uttarakhand Government. Thereby, ITG started functioning. October 1st 2013 at Chamoli District. Institute of Technology, Gopeshwar popularly known as ITG was established in October 2013 in Chamoli District of Uttarakhand, with a sprawling campus spread over acres of serene salubrious expanse in the surrounding with a backdrop of shivalik range of hills on one side and the rippling river song on the other side. The university offers an amicable and suitable ambiance conductive for all academic pursuits. Our university offers 5 undergraduate courses across discipline for the fresher and diploma students.

The entire undergraduate course are duly recognized by State Govt. and affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. ITG, a constituent of Uttarakhand Technical University has almost 400 (Approx.) strong student counts, over 35 dedicated faculty member to support their academic & non-academic activities.
