Infrastructure : 

Computer Lab :

• The computing facilities include the most modern up-to-date equipments including the latest PCs. There are currently two laboratories for use by the students with Wi-Fi Facility.
• One lab operates in the LAN environment while the other facilitates advanced computing which consists of all the advanced software's. The latter i.e. the second laboratory houses activities like computer training and software development.
• The computer centre can accommodate 180 students at a time, with all latest software used in Financial Analysis, Computer Graphics, World Processing, Data Processing, Data Base, Business Simulation and Multimedia. The computers are also linked with 1 MBPS INTERNET Connectivity and plans to have International Educational Network (IEN) facilities.

Library :

• The library is automated having around 25000 books, periodicals on Management and Information Technology and other general matters.
• It also subscribes to various magazines, journals & newspapers. The library staff works closely with students and faculty, offering both individual and group assistance.
• The library is also a storehouse of a large number of videotapes and CDs covering the course materials.

Seminar Hall :

• Our seminar hall hour's national & international seminars organized every year by the institute. Equipped with LCD projector, pleasant sound system and serene environment the seminar hall can accommodate 250 persons.
• Different industries coming for On-campus recruitment have conducted their PPT's in this hall. Eminent personality, dignitaries from industries, and other IT professionals including academicians have addressed the faculty and students here. Yoga practice classes, classes on Human Values, Ethics and Spirituality are also conducted in the seminar hall besides the daily weekly 'Bhajans of the Institute'. In short our seminar hall is a well-equipped ambience of an  ideal meeting place.

 Eligibility:

MCA : Candidates having passed +3 in any discipline including BCA having mathematics (excluding Business Mathematics) as one of the subject in +2 or +3 level are eligible to join this program.

Admission Procedure:

MCA : 

• Students desirous of joining MCA program are to appear in the Orissa Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) every year during (March – April). Advertisement is published in all the local papers. Examination is conducted in the major cities in Orissa and some of the major cities in Eastern India. In the (OJEE) examination every successful candidate will be assigned a rank for each program separately.
• Through a central counseling conducted by (OJEE) the candidate will get the opportunity, according to his rank to choose one of the colleges offering the selected programme. Fees payable and documents required at the time of central counseling will be published by Orissa JEE through advertisement.
• The Orissa JEE will send a list of candidates to the respective colleges and students have to enroll themselves at the college level to be conducted by each college separately.

Fee Structure:

Total fees payable to the college will be informed to the student by the respective college. Every year the Govt. decides about the percentage of seats to be filled by each college and programme through OJEE and procedure for fillig up rest of the seats.

Facilities:

Hostel :

• The Institute provides hostel facilities to the students by hiring the buildings. Each student is provided reasonably furnished room on sharing basis for facilitating development of understanding and mutual help.
• To facilitate comfortable stay and provide a feel happy environment the institute provides accommodation assistance.
• The Institute has two Girl’s Hostel and one Boy’s Hostel.
• The rooms in the hostel can accommodate one / two / three students in a single room who can avail the facilities provided by the institutes.

Transportation : Institute has its own transportation facility since 2008-2009. Two buses are running in two different routes to pick up all the interested students covering almost all the junctions of Bhubaneswar city. This service is not only limited to academics but also extended for Industrial Tours and other important activities like Placement, Picnic etc.

Canteen : The Institute has its own canteen facility for both staffs as well as students.It is providing healthy, hygienic and pure vegetarian food.

First Aid : The Institute has an in house provision of First-Aid treatment for all the inhabitants. A Pharmacist takes care of the above throughout the working hours. The First-Aid kit presently contains near about 20 emergency medicines.
