Eligibility:

For MBA:

• Graduation with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST Category) – Compulsory Requirement.
• Valid UPSEE/ CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ etc Score–Desirable Requirement, not Compulsory.
• Students pursuing final year of graduation may also apply, subject to fulfilling eligibility norms as per last date specified by UPTU, Lucknow.

For PGDM:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (under 10+2+3 system) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks, from a University recognized by UGC/AIU/AICTE. Candidates in the final year are also eligible, provided they furnish the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria before the commencement of first term examination.
• A valid score in any of the management admission tests namely CAT /MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ JMET/ Any other management entrance test score recognized by AICTE.

Admission Process:

For PGDM:

• Obtain Admission Form from Institute or College Website.
• Submit the duly filled form along with all the required documents.
• Appear in the Personal Interview.
• If short listed, offer letter will be issued and dispatched through courier and e-mail.
• Deposit the first instalment of your fees.

IILM attracts some of the best recruiters from the entire country. The Career Development Cell facilitates excellent placements as well as desired career shifts. The CDC team comprising of dedicated and trained professionals, develops and maintains relationships with recruiters. They manage the process of matching available positions in industry with the talent available from the student pool at IILM. The placement process at IILM is an ongoing and continuous effort and entails preparation of the students through various activities.

Mock Interviews and Group Discussions: As a part of the mentoring process, the faculty engages with students regularly and conducts mock interviews and group discussions. This helps students understand their strengths and weaknesses and is a good simulation for the placement process.
