DRIEMS is a technical college located in Tangi Cuttack district of Odisha,India. It has been affiliated to the Biju Patnaik University of Technology(BPUT) since 2004. From 1999 to 2003 it was affiliated to Utkal University. It is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and National Assessment and Accreditation council (NAAC) and rated as an "A" grade institute. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution. DRIEMS owes its existence to the vision of Late Dhaneswar Rath after whom the Institution is named. It was established in the year 1999 by the dedicated, service minded philanthropists who had the missionary zeal of uplifting the new generation and equipping them as skilled technocrats to rebuild the society in A modern scientific way.The core strength of this Institute which justifies its rank and position amongst the pioneering institutes of the country lies in its un-satiated quest for constant up-gradation of Teaching-Learning system and a vision that fosters educational transformation to keep pace with the times.
