Keeping this in mind, Aryabhatt College of Engineering & Technology was setup in 2007 under the aegis of Aryabhatt Charitable Trust, Delhi. The college is located at Baghpat - Meerut Road about 13 km away from Baghpat. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi & affiliated to UP Technical University, Lucknow (Code - 405) & offering M.B.A. course. Another college, Aryabhatt College of Management  & Technology was setup in 2008, by the same trust located in the same campus offering B.Tech & M.B.A. courses. Aryabhatt Charitable Trust is a National Level registered trust with its head office at Delhi. The trust was established in 2006, aiming for quality education. Aryabhatt College of Management & Technology & Aryabhatt College of Engineering & Technology are located at a distance of 38 Kms. from Delhi (Shahdara, Yamuna Vihar, Dilshad Garden, Nandnagri, Wazirabad), 37 Kms. from Meerut, 50 Kms. from Ghaziabad, 38 Kms. from Sonipat, 26 Kms. from Baraut. Extensive open space and well maintained lush green areas with aesthetic landscaping has been developed over 12 acres of land.
