Bhartiya Maratha Shikshan Parishad (ABMS Parishad), an educational trust was founded by a team of renowned educationists & social reformers. It was established in the year of 1907 with the objective of serving the downtrodden masses. In the 1st half of the 20th century ABMS Parishad made a commendable contribution of awakening & inspiring the masses who were deprived of education for generations. Owing to its inspiration, large number of educational institution was established throughout Maharashtra & outside Maharashtra. ABMS Parishad draws its inspiration from Mahatma Phule, Rajashri Shahu Maharaj, the Ruler of Kolhapur & Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar who fought for economic, social & political justice & advocated empowerment of economically & socially disadvantaged section of the society. The institute is situated in the area of 10 acres of land surrounded by beautiful landscape of Sahyadri Hills of Western Ghats nearing to famous Parvati Hills. Site is surrounded by lush of green & scenic beauty, fresh air, free from pollution & abandoned water supply. This site is an attractive place for visitors when beautification of campus completed.
