The College was established in the year 1999 and is duly approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. The first batch of the college was passed out in the year 2003 and till date 11 batches have been pass out. The vast campus of the College spreading over 10 acres of land in the heart of the city is complete with all infrastructures developed for imparting high level technical education & catering to the present needs of national and multinational industries. The Institute is famous as Vira College of Engineering since 1999. Now the Institution name has changed from the session 2013-14 in the fond memory of founder secretary Kunwar Satyavira ji. Now the new name of our Institute is "KUNWAR SATYAVIRA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT, BIJNOR".

Facilities:

Library: The Library is having a collection of more than thirty thousand volumes of books on Applied Sciences, Natural Sciences, Business Sciences, Business Management, Engineering & Technology, Social Sciences and Humanities. The Library has now been catering to needs of about 1800 students, faculty members, administrative & non teaching staff of the college. The identity of all books & the library users are fully bar-coded and all Library house-keeping operations like, acquisition, cataloguing, circulation & periodicals services have been automated with the help of software package. The library is also equipped with modern facilities & resources in the form of Wi-Fi & project reports. All students, faculty members, research scholars & employees of the university are entitled to make use of the library facilities on taking library membership. Furthermore, The Institute Library is a member of DELNET (Developing Library Network) through which the students have access to books, periodicals, articles etc of different premier institutions. The Institute also provides Book Bank Facility to the students.

Hostels: The Institute has separate on campus hostels for both boys & girls. All the required basic amenities like 24 hour power supply, telephone, water coolers with aqua guard purifier, news papers & magazines, Television Room, Guest Room etc. are provided to the hostellers.

Placements:

The placement division at KSVCEM forms an Interface between academics & corporate world. It helps students in making better & informed career choices. Our Institute emphasizes to equip students with necessary skills required for their employability in industries & other organizations. To meet these objectives, KSVCEM has started placement centre to act as an interface between the Institute & the corporate world through organizing placement drive, corporate training, seminars & workshops   time to time to escalate corporate relations and help students to get better placements. Our Campus Recruitment Programme is a vital initiative for the young engineers aspiring for appropriate placement in Government Departments & Private / Public Sector Undertakings.

Close interactions between the institute & corporate world have created outstanding placement record. Through sheer dint of hard work & dedication students of our institute have attained top positions in industries & academia. The institute has an excellent record of assuring confirmed jobs in prestigious industrial organizations. Our record reveals that students belonging to different Divisions of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Civil Engineering, who graduated from KSVCEM almost all of them, have secured firm jobs in Multinational companies, Private & Public Sector Undertakings & Government Departments. Many of them were offered multiple jobs. Some of them have joined the Indian Institutes of Management & other prestigious institute for higher studies.
