Dayanand Math Dinanagar is the centre of socio-cultural, educational and spiritual activities. The Math was established by Param-Poojay Swami Swatantranand Ji in 1938 and was formally registered under the Indian Trust Act in 2001. Among its multifarious activities, the Math was instrumental in providing necessary managerial and financial inputs and established a number of educational institutions, schools and colleges in and around Dinananger, Poojya Swami Sarvanand. The college has fully computerized, air-conditioned communication lab that caters to hone the communication skills of students. In the lab, student-teacher interactive sessions are conducted.

For B.Tech: The two third (66.6%) Seats in B.Tech. will be filled through the state quota on the basis of CET/AIEEE/10+2 merit.10+2 pass outs with Mathematics/physics/chemistry/Bio-technology/computer science are Eligible for admission, while students under the remaining seats(33.3%) will be admitted under the management quota

For BBA

• All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council.

For B.Com (Professional): Six semester courses leading to Bachelor’s degree in commerce from PTU,Jalandhar. Eligibility is 10+2 any stream from recognized Board.

For BCA

• All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council.

• Computer Science & Engineering: Computer Science & Engineering B.E. / B. Tech. in C
• Mechanical Engineering: CAD / CAM B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical / Industrial /Production / Manufacturing / Welding / Materials

For M.Sc

• Maths/Physics/Chemistry: B.Sc in Physics/Chemistry/Math/Electronic. Computer Science or any other Exmination recognized as Equivalent to University with pass of marks.
• Information Technology: M. Sc. (IT) All those candidates who have passed any recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration with Mathematics / Statistics / Business Mathematics / Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques /Computer Science/ Information Technology as compulsory / Optional / additional paper as one of the subject either at 10+2 or at graduation level PGDCA/BCA/B.Sc(IT).

For MCA

• MCA All those candidates who have passed any recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration with Mathematics / Statistics / Business Mathematics / Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques as compulsory / Optional / additional paper as one of the subjects either at 10+2 or at graduation level.
• have passed BCA course of minimum three year duration from any recognized University

For MCA LEET: All those Candidate who have passed three years diploma from recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA,B.Sc(IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level. Obtained at Least 50%(45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.

For M.Com (Professional): A candidate seeking admission to M.Com. Professional Course must have: Graduation Degree in Commerce/Management/Business Administration from any recognized university with at least 50% marks.

For MBA: MBA All those candidate who have any recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 year from any recognized university

Facilities

Library: The central library of SSGI campus serves students and faculty by providing reading material both printed and non-printed and access to the web, online journals, online books and reference books. The library is fully air-conditioned. The library has more than 18000 books. The library has a huge collection of books on Science and technology including physics,chemistery,Math,Computer science, Management,Commerece, Mechanical Engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, Civil engineering B.Sc. Agriculture, Human Values, Environmental Science.

Rules and Regulations :

• Books are issued to students on his/her library cum identity card, which must be produced at the time of issue and return of books.
• The following rules should be noted and complied with:
• Students are required to observe silence in the library.
• References books and periodicals are not issued to the students except for consultations in the library.
• Students must possess their identity cards while working in the library.
• If the book is already damaged in any form, it should be brought to the knowledge of the librarian otherwise the students will be held responsible for the damage. Nobook should be disfigured in any manner.
• For loss of book, students will have to deposit a copy of the same book and same edition otherwise he/she will have to pay double the price of the book.
