Eligibility:

For BDS:

• The candidate must complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the BDS course. The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary examination. The student must have obtained 50% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must have qualifying marks in English. For SC, ST or OBC, the minimum marks shall be 40%. Crietaria are subjected to change as per the notifications of state/central government or order from supreme/high court.
• Admission process: Admission to BDS Course at Kothiwal Dental College & Research centre is completed through a single Common Entrance test conducted by Association of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of U.P -UP Common Admission Test-Dental (UPCATD). The Details of Test are advertised in National Newspaper during April / May of every Year.
• Recognition: BDS is recognised by Dental Council of India and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India vides notification number V-12017/30/97-PMS BDS is affiliated to M.J.P.Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

• Admission process: Admission to MDS Course at Kothiwal Dental College & Research centre is completed through a single Common Entrance test conducted by Association of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of U.P -UP Common Admission Test-Dental (UPCATD). The Details of Test are advertised in National Newspaper during Jan/ Feb of every Year.
• Recognition: MDS is recognized by Dental Council of India and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India vide notification number V-12017/48/2005-DE.
