Established in 1995, IIIM is amongst the top three Management & IT institutions of Rajasthan which has been imparting quality education for over a decade. The milestones achieved in this journey towards academic excellence include recognition among top 50 Business Schools in the country by the Business World survey, 2013 and CSR GHRDC survey 2008 -2014. The Institute received 'A' rating in Business Standard Best B-school Survey 2013 and 2014. IIIM is one of the constituents of the IIS Institutional Network promoted by the Indian Council for International Amity (ICFIA). The institute has emerged as an integrated professional institute where learning is an optimal blend of 'value based growth' and 'future-preparedness'. IIIM offers MBA and MCA programmes duly approved by the All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to the Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. The institute has also been recognized by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota as the research centre for Ph.D. programme in Management and Computer Applications.

The School is a part of the IIS Institutional Network being run by the Indian Council for International Amity (ICFIA), a society devoted to the promotion and propagation of Hobbies, Art, Culture and Education. The first milestone in the educational endeavours of ICFIA was the India International School. Founded in 1990, it has now grown into a premier co-educational institution. Establishment of International College for Girls, in 1995 gave credence to the endeavors as is evident from the kudos and recognition earned by it during a short span of over a decade. Accredited with an A+ Grade by the prestigious NAAC-UGC, the college is one of the handful institutions in the country to have secured such a high ranking. ICG has now been conferred with the status of a deemed to be University, The IIS University, by the Ministry of HRD under section 3 of UGC act , 1956. As a logical continuation of its educational thinking, the council incorporated the International School of Informatics and Management - its first professional institute which enjoys great professional reputation in the corporate world. In its pursuit for excellence in education, for the beginners, the society has established The Play House in 2001.

Adding momentum to its undying commitment to impart quality education and discharging its social responsibility, the IIS Institutional Network has established a community radio station christened 'FM Radio 7' in its premises. The main objective of the radio station is to increase the community awareness on topics of social relevance like education, health, environment and rural development etc. The FM Radio 7 is positioned to provide 'edutainment' through the efforts of talented students of the IIS Institutional Network. ICG Institute of Educational Research & Development (2006) the only English Medium Teacher Training College in the state, which attempts to train, groom and educate young graduates to become efficient and dedicated teachers and good professionals. International Institute of Management, Engineering & Technology (2008), approved by AICTE & affiliated to RTU is an attempt towards nurturing a professional Engineering institute where learning is all about enhancing expression, innovation and creativity.
