Himachal Pradesh University Business School earlier Institute of Management Studies is the re-engineered version of 30 years old Management Studies Department (Established in 1971) of Himachal Pradesh University. Located in Summer Hill a few Kilometers away from the Beautiful Town of Shimla.

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Himachal Pradesh University has excelled in the business world as professional managers and entrepreneurs. In keeping with the global environment of business, we have re-engineered the management development process in the School. Large number of foreign students from South Asian, Middle East and African countries has been trained in the University Department. The School is trying to reach out to the over-seas students’ community, especially the wards of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).  

Applications are invited for HP Combined Management Aptitude Test (HP-CMAT) 2013 for MBA admission for the session 2013-15 to be conducted by the Himachal Pradesh University Business School (HPUBS) for the following universities:-

Eligibility:

1. Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
2. Admission to MBA programme is based on HP-CMAT, application rating, group discussion and personal interview.
3. Students appearing in final year of qualifying examinations can also apply.
