All India Common Entrance Test- 2016
 (For Dental, Medical, BPT, B.Sc Nursing and Other Allied Paramedical Courses in Private Colleges in Private Colleges of M.P.)

 

In Pursuance of Judgment dated 12//02/2015 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Indiain I.A. No. I.A. No. 77-78 and 79/2015 in civil Appeal No. 4060/2009. Association of Private Dental and Medical colleges of Madhya Pradesh will be conducting an Entrance test which is fair, transparent and non-exploitative. Thus under the supervision of admission and fee regulatory committee DMAT- Examination 2016 is being conducted for admission.

 

The "Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh" (APDMC), hereinafter referred to as the 'Association' was established and registered under the societies regulation Act 1973 at indore vide regn. No. IND/7448 dated 23/02/2005. The Assocation is the Representative body of 20 Private Unaided Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh. In Compliance of the directions of Hon'ble Apex court, The Association has taken a decision to hold a Common Entrance Test DMAT- 2016, which will be conducted by the association for admissions in Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh. Association will Also Conduct Entrance test for admission to BPT, B.Sc. Nursing and other Allied Paramedical Courses. The Brochure for DMAT 2016 contains Application form for the Common Entrance test DMAT- 2015. it also contains Rules for admission and information about courses and colleges. these rules are applicable only for the Academic year 2016- 17

 

Admission Committee: The Admission Committee will consist of 5 Members nominated by the Association. the Committee will supervise the Conduct of DMAT- 2016 Entrance Examination, the preparation and declaration of the results, conduct of Counselling and allotment of courses and colleges. The Admission Committee will issue necessary instructions for implementation of these rules and provide information’s to be published and communicated.

Eligibility:

 

(A). MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

For admission to MBBS/BDS Courses, those candidates who have passed the qualifying examination of 10+2 from Board of Secondary Education M.P. or CBSE having passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects individually and have secured at least minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined together and must have passed in English also.

OR

Those who have passed any equivalent or higher examination with the aforesaid subjects from any other recognized Board, University with the percentage of marks as mentioned above.

OR

Any other qualification recognized by Govt. of India/Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India as recognized qualification for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses.

 

(B). MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR: (BPT/B.SC. NURSING/OTHER ALLIED PARA MEDICAL COURSES)

For admission to BPT, B.Sc. Nursing, and other Allied Paramedical Courses those candidates who have passed the qualifying Examination of 10+2 from Board of Secondary Education M.P. or C.B.S.E. having passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject individually are eligible for admission. For admission to B.Sc. Nursing Courses candidate must have passed in English also.

OR

Those who have passed any equivalent or higher examination with above said subjects from any other recognized Board/ University.

OR

Any other qualification recognized by relevant Council of India as recognized qualification for admission to above Courses.
