About Us: Bal Bharati Public School, Noida is a co-educational institution affiliated to the CBSE. It was started by the Child Education Society on 20th April, 1992 with 180 students in Montessori I & II.Presently,the school has 2452 students on its rolls. The School Management Committee is headed by Mr.O.P Bhutani IPS (Retd.) former Director General of Police and Advisor to the J & K Government with Mrs. Asha Prabhakar as the Principal. The Managing Committee comprises eminent persons, including former Civil and Defence Service officers, Educationists and other prominent residents of Noida. Montessori Department: A fedder unit to the main School and acting as a home away from home, this wings initiates,grooms, nurtures and prepares the child for his formal schooling.It is fully equipped with Montessori apparatus and the other equipment including Audio visual Aids, Activity room and play -pen equipment which aid and enhance the playway method of teaching and make school a happy place for the child. Primary Department: Formal Teaching of academic subjects such as English, Hindi, Maths ,Social Studies ,General Science /EVS is undertaken which is based on the NCERT syllabus. In addition, students learn fine arts and painting, crafts and paper work, Music and dance (folk and classical). They are also imparted training in Yoga, Aerobics and Judo. Middle Department: Besides the academic subjects Sanskrit is taught as third language. The school makes an attempt to motivate the students to find out things for themselves to stimulate their interest and curiosity and to create ability to reason things out. Senior Secondary Deparment: At this level, the curriculum as set by the CBSE is followed .Sanskrit can be offered in lieu of Hindi at the Secondary level. The school offers the following subjects at the +2 stage: Science Group: English (Core), Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics Practices, Computer Science, Economics and Psychology.
