Eligibility :
BDS : Haryana Common Admission Test (HCAT)
MDS :
A) Candidate eligible for appearing for admission in the MDS Course if he/she possess:
- Has passed the BDS examination with 50% from any Dental College/ institution recognized by the Dental Council of India
- Has completed satisfactorily one year compulsory rotating Internship from colleges recognized by the Dental Council of India on or before 31st March. However, the candidates who have passed their BDS Course prior to 1991 and are registered with the Haryana Dental Council will be exempted from the application of this pre condition.
- Has been registered permanently with the State Dental Council /DCI at the time of admission
- Possesses a certificate of good conduct from the head of Institution last attended.
B) The candidate will also produce the above-mentioned certificates (1-4) in original at the time of counseling without which the admission shall not be granted.
C) Candidates already in service must submit their application form through their employer or produce ‘No Objection Certificate from the employer on or before the last date of receipt of the application form.

Admission to the Course: The Admission to the BDS Course shall be made on the terms and conditions as prescribed by theGovernment of India/ Dental Council of India from time to time.
Admission in NRI Quota Seats :
- Out of the total sanctioned intake, 15% of seats are reserved for NRI Candidates.
- Admission under the NRI quota is granted as per the rules applicable.
Application Enclosures : The central library has good reading environment with facilities of various sections:
- Rank Card of the relevant Entrance Test(s) as claimed in the application form.
- Matriculation / High School Certificate (for Date of Birth)
- Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 / Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation or any other examination (for eligibility)
- Character Certificate from the Institution last attended.
- Migration Certificate
- Address Proof (Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill, etc.)
- Two sets of attested photocopies of all above documents
- 5 Passport size recent coloured photos.
- Gap year Affidavit (if any)
Fee Structure :
- Applicable as per the decision and guideline of the State Fee committee, Government of Haryana, from time to time.
- The candidates who are finally selected to BDS Course shall be required to deposit the requisite fee within seven days positively,otherwise the Candidature will be rejected.
- Annual College Fee will be charged at the time of admission and every year (up to 4 years) in the month of September as decided by the fee committee.
- Hostel charges (including Boarding & Lodging) shall be paid by student with the fee Every Year
Additional information about MDS :
Duration: The normal period of completing the MDS course shall be three academic years including the period of examination.
It is a postgraduate degree with a specialization in a particular subject. The M.D.S. course is available in Eight different specialties.

Admission to the course: The admission to the MDS course is made as per Govt. of Haryana, Department of Medical Education & Research notification .
Application Enclosures : The Application form must be accompanied by attested photo copies of:
- Certificate of having passed the BDS examination from an institution recognized by the DCI/GOI.
- Four copies of recent photograph (passport size) duly attested by the Director/Principal of the college/ Gazetted Officer or the employer in the case of those in the employment.
- Copy of the Internship completion certificate.
- Certificate of good conduct from the Head of Institution last attended.
- Certificate of permanent registration with the State Dental Council/DCI at the time of admission.
- Copy of Matriculation Certificate/ High School Certificate ICSE/ Class X or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.
- Copy of the marks sheets of the Qualifying examination (1st to 4th year BDS)
- Copy of Migration if candidate coming from university other than Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (Haryana)
- Candidates selected for the admission to the P.G. Degree course will be required to give an affidavit to the effect that they are not undergoing any training at any other institution.
- Recognition letter of the college last attended.
Note: In addition to Tution fee, the mandatory other charges i.e Library charges, Research charges, CDE CME charges,university charges, internet charges, sports charges security, hostel & mess charges etc.will be charged accordingly.
HOSTEL FACILITY: Separate hostel accommodation and mess facility is available for boys and girls. The well furnished rooms are provided with all the required comforts and amenities including hot water, 24 hour power backup, laundry, Wi-Fi connectivity & recreational facilities like television, table tennis, badminton, chess, carom etc. They get good food in hygienic condition. Each hostel is managed by separate Male & Female experienced wardens available round-the-clock. Fully equipped Gymnasium is provided in both the Hostels for physical fitness of the students - A home away from home.
