Shriram Institute of Technology (SRIT) was established in the year of 2007 by a group of progressive individuals who have the primary objective of providing high quality education in the fields of Engineering, Medical & Dental studies. The institute is managed by Shri Sai Educational Welfare Trust located in Sai Puram, Meerut (UP, India). The trust consists of individuals from multiple fields of business, service & varied educational backgrounds. It is the 1st in a series of multiple colleges & institutes that Shri Sai Educational Welfare Trust plans to establish over next 10 years. It has been established on a sprawling 5 acre campus & has received approval from AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) & UP Technical University, Lucknow & Board of Technical Education, Lucknow UP to start various programmes. Currently the institute offers 4 years Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) programmes in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Civil Engineering (CE) & 3 years Diploma in Engineering programme in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical ( Production) Engineering & Civil Engineering. Shortly, the institute will be adding courses for various Post Graduate programme in Technical & Management Stream to its offerings. It is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow UP & Board of Technical Education.

Vision: To identify the young talents having aspirations, determination & then trigger them to become excellent professional in their respective field by imparting knowledge & inculcating specific to type traits, such as, skills, insights, abilities, healthy habits & right thinking in them. We believe in assisting students to discover their potential so that they can not only achieve but fulfil their dreams of becoming professional in chosen pursuits.  The vision is to transform the students with values so that they can meet both ends meet by managing the available resources. We make them concern toward the progress of the society. We are not here to teach them but to make them learn by way of sharing our experiences. Lastly, the institute considers its duty to encourage the students to be socially conscious, balanced, compassionate, responsible & happy human being.
