The Institute of Technology & Management started functioning in July 2001 under the patronage of Shree Krishna Educational Society run by a group of socially oriented professionals & entrepreneurs. The Institute is located on the Gorakhpur - Lucknow National Highways at a distance of about 12 kms from Gorakhpur city which is well connected by road, rail & limited airways with all major cities of India. Initially, B.Tech in 4 branches namely ECE, CSE, IT, ME & MCA courses were started. Later on the Institute extended its scope of teaching by opening Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Business Administration & B.TECH in Civil Engineering. Thus, the Institute has emerged over the years as a leading centre of education in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy & Management. The Institute is credited with well equipped labs & other infrastructure facilities such as language lab, computerized library, conference & seminar halls, hostel & residential facilities & bank with in the campus. The team of highly qualified faculty with a mix of rich experience on the part of seniors is the most valuable resource that has played a significant role in creating a distinct niche for the Institute in the map of technical education of the country. A disciplined, serene & pleasant environment envelops the campus. It blends beautifully with the green landscape, aesthetic elegance of arches & the vibrant pursuit of knowledge by the young aspirants. The academic ambience gives full scope for group activities, which are plenty, as also to individual pursuits for development on preferred tracks. The students of this institute have been consistently securing good ranks in Uttar Pradesh Technical University examinations. They are encouraged to participate in state level & national competitions / events & have received appreciation by winning prizes. Facilities:

Library: The Library is situated on the 1st floor of the Main Building. A Spacious well stocked library has over 31,430 books for all the titles with space for above 250 students to utilize the library at a time. The library also has several national & international journals & a reference section for students & faculty members as well. ITM is a reputed member of DELNET - Developing Library Network since 2001 membership no. IM - 112. We have our in house EDPRO software which is very valuable to manage the different functions of library in a smooth way. We have E -Library facilities for the students which is helping the students to keep updated all the time through the latest trends in their respective fields.

Hostels: ITM has separate Boys & Girls hostels. All necessary amenities are provided in these hostels. In addition family / single accommodation is also provided to teaching & non-teaching staffs inside the campus.

Sports & Games: ITM provides indoor & outdoor sport facilities to its students for healthy recreation. Students play these games regularly in the spacious playground of the institute. Annual sports meets are also organized in the Institute for participation & encouragement of all the students.
