Training & Placement:
Most of us live under the misconceived notion that the higher the percentage that we score in the exams , the better the chances of getting an excellent job, but sadly, many of our students have found out that this is not the case at all. It is always the one who can communicate his/her ideas who gets the plum job and ironically it is the individual who might just have the lowest marks. This leaves the student with a high percentage in a quandary, “Why didn’t I get the job?” Good question! Simple answer! You weren’t good enough! This is where Personality Development comes into the picture. We hold numerous workshops and training sessions to groom our students on the finer points of one’s personality, starting with adequate communication skills. It is of primary importance that an individual should be able to communicate his/ her ideas clearly and succinctly to another and thereby avoid misunderstandings which could result in a drop in the ROI (Return on Investment) of a company. As an aside to the regular training sessions and workshops that we hold, we also invite senior executives and leaders of industry to speak to our students about the merits of “Entrepreneurship” and the ways and means to start a business enterprise. These are highly interactive sessions which evoke excitement and encourage the youngsters to walk that extra mile to achieve their dreams.
