Maharana Partap Charitable Trust was established in the year 2003. It is a visionary organization and a catalyst of quality higher education in Haryana. To commensurate with its objectives of elevating the lot of mankind and promoting common weal to newer levels of achievement, progress and success, MPCT started Bhiwani Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS) in the year 2003. Founders of the Institutes run under the aegis of MPCT are Mr. Shashi Ranjan Parmar and Sh. Om Parkash Bahalwala.

The primary aim of the Trust is the devotion to the cause of social service and more so in the field of education. It is with the basic aim that this Trust started imparting Engineering Education. In the year 2004, the Trust added a second feather in its cap and embarked upon MBA, M.Tech (CSE) and M.Tech (ME) programmes with an intake of 60 in (MBA) and 18 (M.Tech in each) students. The college is duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and the Govt. of Haryana and is affiliated to M.D. University, Rohtak.

BITS are a new generation Institute and a rare creation of MPCT in a new ripple of educational feats and excellence in India and abroad. In its chain of achievements, the Trust has started two Polytechnics one at Sarsa-Ghogra, Bhiwani, another at Paluwas (Maham Road), Bhiwani, B.Ed. College for Women in the year 2006 at Paluwas (Maham Road), Bhiwani. BITS International School, Bhiwani has also been started by the trust recently. Further, it plans to add new feathers of BITS Dental College and BITS College of Pharmacy, Bhiwani to impart Medical and Pharmacy at their door-step.
