The Institute provides a distinctive excellence driven engineering education that will groom future generations of engineers & entrepreneurs. It has been established in the year of 1983 & presently offers undergraduate & post graduate courses with annual intake of 720 & 198 respectively.

Eligibility:

For B.E.: Passed HSC (10 + 2) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with following subjects: English, Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry / Bio – Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject & secured minimum 50% marks i.e. 150 marks out of 300 marks for open category & 45% marks i.e. 135 marks out of 300 marks for Reserved Category candidates.

For B.E. candidates of Maharashtra State: In addition to educational qualification as specified, candidates are required to appear for JEE 2015 conducted by the competent Authority & secure nonzero score to be eligible for admission for State Quota (70%) seats through Central Assessment Process (CAP).

For B.E. candidates outside of Maharashtra State: In addition to educational qualification as specified, candidates from Maharashtra State as well as outside Maharashtra State are required to appear & qualify in JEE - 2015 conducted by the competent Authority for the Academic Year 2015 - 16 to be eligible for admission.

For M.B.A. / M.E. candidates wishing admission under Management Quota: Candidates from Maharashtra State as well as from outside Maharashtra State having educational qualification as specified, are eligible for Management Quota seats provided. However, they are required to apply separately to the Management of the institute for these seats.

Facilities:

Central Library: The main objective of central library is to provide seamless access to information to its users in a networked environment & to become a premier Learning Resource Centre in Engineering, Science & Technology & related areas. The library has rich collection of books on Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, E & TC Engineering, Engineering Science, Electrical Engineering & MBA. The collection includes text books, reference books, handbooks & CDs etc. The library has covering an area of 1222 square meters. It has well designed & maintained stack rooms. The library database is centrally computerized for accession & renewals with smart card for the students & bar codes for the books for easy, secure & quick operation.

Hostel: The Hostel Complex has been built within the campus. 3 independent blocks are provided for boys & a separate block for girl students. All the hostels encompass beautiful gardens. Each hostel has resident rector to monitor & to maintain the discipline. Hostel rooms are airy, clean & well furnished.

Health Club: Being a fully residential institute, modern multi gym, indoor - outdoor sports facilities are provided within the campus. A well experienced, qualified physical director heads this section. The institute has excellent playgrounds for Cricket, Hockey, Football, Volleyball, Basketball & Athletic Track etc. It also has indoor games facility like Shuttle, Chess, Carom, Table Tennis etc. A separate health club is provided for girl students in the hostel. The college sponsors university level competitions regularly & always encourages & motivates students to participate in the events.

Medical Facility: Health centre for routine medical services by an experienced doctor is available in the campus. First Aid box is also available with each department. During emergency, reputed hospitals, which are within reach, provide their services to our college.
